If someone has sent you a file, you will have received two emails:

• one with your private download link
• one with the password that opens the archive

Open the link from the first email. Links are unique to you and expire after a set period, after which the file is deleted automatically.

Not expecting a file? No action is needed — you can ignore this page. If you believe a message was sent to you in error, contact the sender directly rather than replying to an automated notification.
